Smeared were your lips
destroyed was my soul
love was beyond physical
tired we rested on roof above
stars were few in the night
some couldn’t bear our shining sight
you looked at me,I looked at you
we burned brighter again for round two.
Smeared were your lips
destroyed was my soul
love was beyond physical
tired we rested on roof above
stars were few in the night
some couldn’t bear our shining sight
you looked at me,I looked at you
we burned brighter again for round two.
Grandeur of her beauty creates delusions
be it any time of the day
her eyes , her hair and her smell
hit me more than a shot of scotch
but I don’t fight it back
I can’t.
I wouldn’t.
Because some addictions are meant to suffered
but never to understand.

In a quest to outshine the darkness
the sun decided to travel,
to galaxies so far away
whom no ever dared to unravel.
But during the path it decided to stop
after seeing a beautiful thing
a planet that looks blue and lively
floating in a dead sink
From years to come and years to go
both craved for each other’s attention
so they decided to roamed around in each other’s aura
till their untimely end
a travel turned into a tale
others say into a phenomenon
let’s pack our bags and go away
in search of our such dimension.
Beneath the blue waters
lies a mermaid
singing songs and playing everyday
be it a fog or clear sky
one could hear her singing while passing by
she sings for the dead
for the people drowned
who now live in her house
sadly all alone
sometimes I wonder if it is true
do the dead cry
after dying too?
what if they smiled all the time?
made merry
and rang chimes
what is left for us to live then
Lets embrace the mermaid
and listen again.

I saw you standing,
amongst the crowd,
lost.. looking for me,
in all places somehow,
our eyes met
and now i understand,
the spark is not over,
nor it ever can.
