Poor

Toiling hard day and night,
looks tired at every sight,
for every dream in eyes,
lonesome cries
and few delights,
still walking down the road,
he never forgets to smile,
to wish people around,
learn something new
and share what he has,
be it food,
life
and laughter,
I wonder why they call him poor.

Insanity

You all had fun,
you all drank,
you all made plans,
for the promised land,

you all played
you all loved ,
you all made your way,
to heaps of cash above,

I headed away,
I listened to heart,
I became crazy ,
falled apart,

In search for dreams,
shouts without scream,
insanity prevailed,
without a sound.

Love

Left cold alone,
in a blanket nude,
lies my love singing,
waiting for you,

to watch me all night,
while i hold her again,
to kiss me everywhere,
to forget all pain,

I love her dearly,
but i have more mistresses too,
All willing to lie with me,
to see me through,

my shelves are full of them,
new ones come every month
only the smell remains same,
like books there is none.

Blessed

Some watch the rich,
some watch the famous,
some the daring
and some watch people in love,
then they wish they were blessed,
as they were,
never do they see the world around,
the sun,the stars,
never do they see within,
the heart,the thirst,
never do they ask themselves,
Why?
there are no blessed souls,
just souls with their voice echoed and listened in the hearts,
souls which are alive
and have seen everything
which we failed to see.

Vows

Irevocable were our vows,
tumultous was my heart,
too much storm brewing within,
wondering what I have lost.

the storm went over,
A calm descended somehow,
a void that echoes cry,
comforts my nights now.

Normandy

image

Mama I see ants,
Over the shore,
all crawling there,
I do not see daddy here,
Why Mommy,
where did daddy go?,
his boots are gone mommy,
even Bujo is scared,
he keeps barking all night,
i saw stars so bright,
I heard thunders and explosions,
I see smoke,
I see flashes on the beach,
i hear people mommy,
i see them lying on beach
and i see blood from my head,
don’t lie down mommy,
Lets go mommy,
before the sun rises.

Death of a Soul

Scriptures have said it long ago,
sages believe it’s divinely right,
the body dies when it’s time,
but the soul never dies.

It wanders the deepest valleys,
It wanders the mountains wide,
It searches for solace everywhere,
like it’s only birthright,

After searches made across galaxies,
with no solace found,
It reaches the almighty one day,
with no pride and no sound.

The almighty asks all the souls
a single question every time,
Did you lived with the body?
Did the body ever found a peace of mind?

Soul said it didn’t live,
It was dying all the time,
Because the body never listened  to the heart, but only to the mind.

a thousand dreams were unheard,
of the heart and soul,
one gave up with the body,
one now dies with nowhere to roam.
