Nights

I see loads of people
crammed in places where one can’t breathe
full of music promised to drive away your demons
just to wash away the dirt of the week that slipped
and they eventually try
to live one night
just to survive the days coming
We are all in this whirlpool
of never ending desire
to lose ourselves
in people we don’t know
things we don’t care of
Ask me, How your nights are?
I would say restless
Why?
busy searching myself inside
and scared , if successful.

Answer

ego-outside-child-inside1

When the kid inside you
asks how it’s like to be an adult?
how does it feel to be organised
when your inside is full of chaos
to work and not feel overjoyed
but still being hammered to do it
how does it feel to ignore the colors
when you want to drown in them
to see someone dance like no one is watching
and you are afraid to join because of shame
how does it feel to be keep me caged
when you heart is same like me
but the head tells you to ignore.

Can you Listen?

In the drops of rain
and the wind that blows
in the bees humming around you
can you listen ?

In the tears of a kid
and a dog that moans
in the pigeons that fly
can you listen?

In the heart that beats
and whispers of the night
in the dreams that were murdered
can you listen?

In the life that goes
and the life that is left
in the time that remains
can you listen?

In the voice unheard
and the voice rejected
in the regrets if not listening
can you listen?

Ordinary

In a moment of madness
he burned his diary
his thoughts, his poems
his life was burning to ashes.
Inside he laughed thinking of
days to come.
when there would be no calling
in his heart to write.
No nights spent asking himself his worth
Failure didn’t made him a loser
It just made him forget that he wasn’t ordinary.
